Abilities

Psychic fur

Any creature touching a tribble with unprotected skin must make a DC 16 WIS save or becomes charmed by the tribble and believes they are the only being who can protect and feed the tribble and one arm will be occupied holding and protecting the tribble. If you have any food on you, you must feed the tribble. Anyone who tries to remove the tribble from you is an enemy and must be treated as such.

Rapid procreation

A fed tribble will give birth to d4+1 tribbles within d4 hours. Held tribbles will gve birth so the new tribbles will also be touching the holding creature. (who must make saves against the tribble's psychic fur for each tribble.) Each additional feeding subtracts 30 minutes until then next birth.

Insatiable hunger

A tribble always wants to eat. If the holding creature runs out of food, they must go get more food by foraging or buying. The charmed holding creature can do nothing else until the tribble is fed again. Any actions apart from feeding the tribble or seeking out food to feed the tribble are at disadvantage.

Death Scream

When a tribble dies, it will scream out its death scream. All tribbles within 30' will respond with a death scream attack. This will last for d4 minutes.

Death scream attack

All creatures who can hear within 30' must make a DC 12 save CON to resist covering one's ears and moving away from the tribbles to a safe distance. Each additional tribble within 30' of each other in a death scream will add 1 to the DC save. They still each get their own attack as well. The scream attack will attract other creatures in the area.

Innocence whimper

Whenever tribbles are first encountered, they will let out a whimper that anyone within 30' will feel empathy for the tribble and want to pick it up. DC 14 save vs WIS to resist picking up the tribble. Once picked up, the tribble will move towards unprotected skin in order to use its psychic fur.
